Somewhere around 2000, there was a short clip of Bill Clinton with a couple of female reporters on an airplane, I assume AF 1, and he was video'd touching or rubbing a reporter's leg . . . maybe higher.

I KNOW I saw it, but (of course) I can't find it now.
