As America’s largest companies and their CEOs increasingly embrace a new leadership role in advancing racial equity, they face a confounding question: What really works? Despite decades of research and a growing corporate focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) over the past few years, many executives are unsure what actions are most effective at increasing diverse representation, improving feelings of inclusion, or making progress on other DEI goals

DEI is fundamentally anti-white racism, institutionalized.
Convince me otherwise.
One “proven action” to achieve racial “equity” is to fire Americans and hire foreigners.
And the jobs numbers show that’s exactly what companies are doing.
When you’re talking about Diversity (as in DEI), you’re really not supposed to include white people.
At some point there will be public rallies with required attendance, where offenders of the new party rules will be tortured, ridiculed, and put on public trial. You will cheer with the beatings and injections lest you be next.
Also known as "Bane" (a cause of great distress or annoyance).
Don’t forget Unconstitutional. It violates the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act.
Exactly.
It’s the re-assination of MLK Jr.
Makes me sick.
What these CEOs were not taught in their expensive MBA classes is that no amount of training or DEI remedial classes at the job site are going to turn an unqualified hire into a competent employee. It might make them feel good about themselves, it might get the government off their back, and it might give them bragging rights at their get-togethers with their lefty peers. But the company will suffer because the employee is not qualified.
Since when did Vulturecapitalists care about diversity except in their portfolios?
DEI is an evil concept. Anyone promoting it should be regarded with disdain.
I work for a very large financial\banking company. DEI went full steam a few years ago... Will also say the 20% that does 80% is totally unmotivated. Why am I busting my rear end? I wanna just sip slushies by the bubble gum machine too... pay raises and bonuses are the same so why bother working hard! Dang shame.
Yup, and that’s why all the CEO’s are going for the Coconut Princess and her Purple Heart boy, Tiny Tim Tampon.
The list of 10 sound like any company’s goals. Guess you have to expand each point to see the dei garbage, but some of the 10 almost sound like the opposite of dei.”skills first approach to talent acquisition” “communicate skills based career pathways”. Just shows how inept and gullible that CEOs are, even the smartest guys in the roon just beleive whatever they are told without any critical thinking.
But what do you expect from Romneys old gig
Reverse discrimination was ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
They just re-named it to DEI.
Eric Holder is the one who pushed this.
“the 20% that does 80% is totally unmotivated”
That is the best case scenario.
Many competent people will bide their time and quit at their convenience.
Some will get even with active sabotage.
It creates a toxic and dysfunctional work environment for everybody.
