I’m not sure what’s wrong here. The worst is “and God says f— the gays”, but he’s putting words into the demographic he describes in the previous sentence, not generating his own invective.
The team has a bad record, so he has to sell hope.
Some of the fans are bad actors.
And who believes that the NFL is about anything other than $$$$?
A “bad shoot,” IMO.

I don’t watch pro football anymore after nearly fifty years of being a hardcore fan, due to the fact they have made it eminently clear to me that I am not the kind of person they wish to consume their product. (It is a personal decision, I am not projecting that onto others who do watch)
But that said, just renaming the “Redskins” to the “Commanders” is reason enough not to watch.
