Turkish sources, citing intelligence and government officials, report that Ukrainian forces are planning a missile strike deep into Russian territory using JASSM missiles. This attack is reportedly being timed to coincide with Russian President Vladimir Putin's birthday on October 7.

Experts from Modern War Research believe that an official announcement regarding the delivery of these missiles to Kyiv will be made just before the strike, indicating that the missiles may have already arrived in Ukraine. This approach mirrors the previous deliveries of Himars, M270 MLRS, and ATACMS missiles.

And let me add, how is Russias strategy working so far? They should have taken my advice.

The realty is keeping Ukraine out of NATO was only a goofy pretext as common sense dictates

“Deliberate or not, the blame is on the person who launched.”

OK, Russian to blame for accidentally “hitting civilians”, possibly through interception of the fired ordinance sending it off course. Happens in every war. Now what?

I don’t care how Russia’s strategy is working, not my dept and I’m not on their side. When it comes to a war between big Russia and little Russia I’m just an interested observer due to possible danger of escalation.

But now he has the actual means, an American weapon system that can strike deep into the Rodina and maybe kill a lot of civvies. This cannot occur without NATO support. After that ... I won’t suggest a response but my friend was DIA both as a specialist and operative. His expertise was Russia and the stans. He even met Putin briefly while overseeing the shutdown of a missile site in Kazhakstan.( Putin was not Pres of Russia at that time) He,, now very retired, sees Putin striking Poland

NATO has never rescinded its 2008 announcement that it was not a matter of “if” UKR joins NATO but “when”

True, but as long as Russia was in Ukraine in the Donbas and Crimea, it wasnt going to happen - as it was so for the next 14 years . So why then further invade? What good would that do if the only reason was to keep Ukraine out of NATO?

That’s what I have been saying: the Russians are desperately afraid of nuclear war, and therefore WWIII.

“The Russians are desperately afraid of nuclear war, and therefore WWIII.”

So the Russian believe the West will first launch on them?

The talk here is all about provoking Russia to do the launching.

Understood but my remarks where just in response to the claim that Russia invaded as a strategy to prevent Ukraine in NATO.

It would be nice if both sides went back to their 2013 borders and call it a war.

The Russians aren't afraid of using nuclear weapons. Not at all. They are deathly afraid of a nuclear retaliation. If not for the possibility of nuclear escalation, Russia would be setting off nukes in Ukraine like popcorn by now. The Soviet Union spent almost 50 years being both Russian and communist, and it didn't yield to its expansionist tendency by using nuclear weapons in all that time.

Same could be said for USA. After all, we did use them. So if Russia is afraid of retaliation, then I dont think there is any worry. MAD still reigns supreme.

But only as retard would think we were going to allow Ukraine to join NATO; or move nukes there.

If you really believe that, you need to stop reading biased stuff and read some real stuff and stop having others think for you. There was ZERO reason to put NATO combat troops into Ukraine.

Correct. Now Russia has NATO troops directly on their border with Finland and Sweden. Not a great strategic move by Putin.

Honestly, Putin had better keep an eye on the east. China is going to want something for their help. And…its not a trickle of Russian crude.

Amen to that. He don’t even pass gas without U.S. approval.

Sooner or later, Russia has to face the fact that they are fighting Americans with American troops operating American equipment.

Then things will get dicey. Which is what the Biden Worshippers and Neo Cons have been praying for.
Their motto is, “Out chaos, order”

They believe that out of the chaos of a nuclear war,, they cand destroy the United States and rebuild a New World Order. With them in charge..
