First thing I’ve ever read by you. It’s good.
Drones are scary.
I see these four legged robot dogs. Put a gun on one of them and equip it with its own flying drone and it would be pretty hard to evade. Hell, it could have a firing solution on you before the “dog” even had line of sight.
Excellent books by Bracken. I have five of his books.
Bracken’s prescient “Trilogy” is a must read in these perilous times.

Pretty good!!
Really hooks you.
Dayum, that’s grim ... but compelling to read more.
“Rapturecide” is a bit less believable now than it was 20+ years ago. After too many wolves have fleeced too many sheep by crying “SHEPHERD,” dispensational premillennialism is running on empty. Most thoughtful and informed Christians today are post-mil in their orientation, who get up every day motivated to “Expect great things from God! Attempt great things for God!” (h/t to William Carey)
Although prognosticators and doomsayers always appeal to the losers among us, fewer saints are cool with fatalistic impotence. In fact, those who preach the “old-time religion” of eagerly anticipated global catastrophe are losing credibility. Aging out. Dying off. May their tribe decrease!
Wise Christians bet against the current American system by denying Caesar the resource he most needs — the hearts, minds, unthinking allegiance, and lives of the children entrusted to their care. Government schools are no longer seen as worthy of support, but as catastrophes to shun.
Wise Christians, IMHO, are also gearing up for the global collapse of Islam.
At age 73, I have a bigger, brawnier, bolder, and brighter future than I did as an apocalypse-crazed 20=something Jesus Freak.
I've purchased and read many of Matt's books and highly recommend them.
They are available here.
Great reason to have a goose gun (12-gauge, 3-1/2” chamber, 32” barrel) even if you don’t hunt geese.
Good stuff. Reading it with Tangerine Dream’s “Encore” playing in the background adds another level of weirdness.
