Banning books is stupid it only gives the Libs more ammo to attack the right and it doesn’t stop or change anything.

Any respectable school administration wouldn’t have allowed those books to begin with. If parents need to step in, and they should, so be it.

Material aimed at the mutilation and rape of a child’s soul is not a “book”.

Banning books is stupid it only gives the Libs more ammo to attack the right and it doesn’t stop or change anything. I'm not going to concede any ground to the left. They will attack us regardless. We are changing things and the left is in a panic. They can't expose their fifth to our kids in many public schools districts anymore and its driving them mad.
Ask yourself, should school kids be exposed to Hustler, Playboy, trans & gay porn and Hitler and Mau's manifestos of death? If the answer is no then action must be taken even if you think is gives the left "ammo". I think supporting this crap makes the left look like the pedo freaks they really are.
Let our kids grow up safe and keep their innocence long as possible. There will be plenty of time to study stupid pervy stuff in collage hopefully by then the kids will have the foundation it reject it.
That's what this battle is about.

Schools not stocking books is not ‘banning books’. One of the responsibilities of a school board is to approve or not approve what materials are available in the school library. Not everything is. In addition, there is a budget, so they can't approve everything. Thesee books are available in society at large. If the parents want these books in theri home, they can buy them.

Public libraries and school libraries make decisions all the time about what content to carry. For public libraries it may be based on space constraints, relevancy to the community, and reader demand. School libraries since they are designed to serve minor must take into account age appropriateness and the wishes of the parents of students.

They're banning from many not all of their schools. Middle schools and elementary schools will not have the books, high schools will have them available with parental permission. Katy ISD isn't banning books from Amazon.
