Fast forward, Pres Trump saw the damage being done by them and wanted to take away their funding. He was challenged in court and lost. Sadly, the judge was right, in that, the money was in the budget, for a specific reason and only Congress could take it away.
Pres Trump, being as smart as he is, was made aware of the rules. And being the quick thinker he is, realizes he can’t control the money but he can limit how many refugees will be admitted. His cuts ran some of the companies out of business as there were no refugees to resettle. Awesome.
If he takes the oath in January, God willing, he can instantly cripple that business.
But the real work will be done in September/october, budget time. If the Democrats have a say in the budget process, they will more than fund the resettlement machine. Pres Trump has to be willing to challenge and shutdown the government in the process.
Just play the immigrant, gumball lecture over and over.

Democratic and Republican Trump supporters are reminded that the corrupt swamp Congress uniquely has the constitutional power of the purse (House) regardless that Congress unsurprisingly doesn't want to take election year responsibility for that power.
And to make matters worse, Congress doesn't have the express constitutional authority to tax and spend for the benefit of illegal aliens, Congress stealing from taxpayers' wallets by abuse of its repealable 16th Amendment powers (direct taxes).
"16th Amendment : The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived [emphasis added], without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
The reality is that, since worthless career federal lawmakers and renegade states have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to take the first MAJOR step in draining the DC swamp by effectively "impeaching and removing" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November.
In other words, it's now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers and executives too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will also support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
