A New Jersey Transit bus driver has been arrested for allegedly pummeling a straphanger and putting him in a chokehold in a caught-on-camera attack after the passenger apparently spat on him mid-route.
The driver, Toron Walker, was nabbed after the violent altercation with the male passenger erupted on a crowded bus in Newark on Friday afternoon, RLS Media reported.
Footage of the ordeal allegedly showed the driver pinning the male passenger down to one of the seats by his neck before slamming him down in the middle of the aisle.

Back in the 90’s tattoos weren’t prevalent in my industry. But if there was an equivalent candidate without visible tattoos, I’d go for him. You never know when you’ll need to have the employee represent the company in front of customers. A face tattoo would be a definite no regardless of how well the candidate fit the bill otherwise. My feeling is that animals tell you how dangerous they are by their markings. A rattlesnake warns you not to touch by his markings.
I remember our company was trying to ink a deal with a Japanese firm. The Japanese firm sent representatives to tour the facility and go over the paperwork. The Japanese were super neat and prim in their three-piece suits. I saw how horrified they were looking at our mostly black, obese and unkempt employees. They walked out after the tour without even glancing at the paperwork. So appearance matters. Several million dollars per year walked out the door because we couldn’t make the line people dress neatly. (And, of course losing fifty to eighty pounds each was out of the question.)

Any ink from the neck up tells me they have poor decision making skills, the inability to think things through and see what may be down the road long term.

A teacher friend told me this true story:
On the first day of class she took role call. She came upon a name she did not know how to pronounce, so she asked the student to pronounce her name - Feemollie Higgins the girl said. The teacher looked at the spelling - F e m a l e. She asked the girl how she came to have that name. The girl told her that her momma wanted to name her something different, but the new born already had a hospital wrist tag with the name Female Higgins on it.
