"Put Your Head on My Shoulder" is a song written by Canadian-born singer-songwriter Paul Anka. Anka's version was recorded in August 1958 at Bell Sound Studios in New York City, and was released as a single on August 17, 1959. It was arranged and conducted by Don Costa.

I like Diana song better.
What about “Havin’ My Baby”?
Fast forward 62 years to 2021 for an animated video duet with Olivia Newton-John of the same song a little over a year before she passed away. RIP

Good song! I use Diana as one of dozen songs for my exercise routine because it has nice rhythm.
For those who attended Cursillo or Emmaus, Paul Anka was a vital part of the post-retreat discipline...

The Story of My Love (1961)
I, too, liked “Diana”, but I like “PUt Your Head on my Shoulder” even more. Ah, to be a teenager in the 50s.
Did they use his music?
Every time I hear Paul Anka sing “The Times of Your Life” I cry...then I listen to “Having My Baby” and I laugh...
Oh wow...I remember that!
Used to watch Bandstand as a youngun
I like Willie Brown’s lyrics when he sings to Kamala...
“Put Your Heels On My Shoulders”...
I like this song a lot. Which is unusual because my favorite band is Guns N Roses :)
It has a great tune.
It was used in a movie where the prom queen was Siamese twins and they danced with the prom king to “put your Heads on my Shoulder” :)
