She’s not deciding anything of significance—including her campaign policy positions.
There’s not economics here, or that markups, corporate greed or anything of the like is at fault here. The sole problem is this government of Biden (with Harris’ nonhelp inundating us with illegals) for the past 3.5 years, period.
She has to draw attention away from that and this is the only thing she can do. She won’t bring gas prices back down to $2/gallon, nor milk and eggs back to ‘then’ prices. Not one damn bit of it. Only blame, no real solution because the solutions involve “NOT HER.”
Like Biden’s reign and Trump’s assassination attempt, this is malice disguised as incompetence.
The cause of inflation at the grocery stores is not price gouging but shoplifting and pilfering — due to defunding the Police — so that they have to raise prices for everyone to compensate for those losses, in addition to the vandalism, graffiti, crime, cleanup, etc. that are driving businesses out of the neighborhood. The profit margins for grocery stores are less than 2% — but they have much higher overhead to maintain a store in a high crime neighborhood.
Businesses are not the problem — they are the answer. In the last four years, government and excessive regulation has been the problem — and so we don’t need more of it. Meanwhile, government under the Biden-Harris Administration has done basically nothing — and so the country is falling apart — and just giving away more free money is going to fuel more inflation.
We need to reward the productive — like the Donald Trumps and JD Vances to continue producing better products and services — and not more government drones like Biden-Harris-Walz etc. — who think that things magically appear in unlimited quantities just for the taking — and there should be no incentive to be productive and responsible.
Just unlimited free money. That has always been the cause of inflation.
Is she also going to impose price controls on distributors and farmers?
On fertilizer and diesel for their tractors?
A lot of farming costs come from cost of fuel
On every grocery run, I pick up a couple extra more expensive can goods with long expiration dates (salmon, kippers, etc) It’s coming folks, it’s coming.
Some things are not a binary choice ...pretty sure the answer to this is the intersection of a Venn diagram.

Grocery profits are way down, they used to run 2.0-2.5%.

Maybe take a look at the fuel mandates for autos.
And last but not least....Stop all the climate related mandates...
That’s an easy question....easier than naming something she’s had success with...I wonder what it’s like going through life fooling yourself and hoping everyone else is as dumb!!!
