A video from Minneapolis resurfaced Tuesday, showing law enforcement officers enforcing a curfew in 2020 by firing paintballs at residents in their own homes.
The enforcement action occurred in the days following the imposition of a stringent curfew by Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, aimed at quelling the violent unrest sparked by George Floyd’s death. The video shows officers aggressively shouting for residents to enter their homes, with one officer heard giving the command to “light ’em up!” before residents were pelted with paintballs.

Police officers engaging as such should be prepared for live ammo return fire.
True. TOTALITARIAN Tim and his storm toopers.
something like this happened in Denver...DPD goons fired bean-bags at people out on their front porches....
Yup, never bring a paintball gun to a firefight.
Armed citizens might not know the weapon aimed at them is firing paint. Bad things can happen.
Agreed. None of those cops should have left that street alive.
Wow, what aggression on the part of LEO’s.
The way they were screaming at people and ordering them to “Get in the house NOW!!!”
Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
This will be our future should the dems get in control, only then they won’t be using paintballs. And I’ll bet loudmouth wished he didn’t have to then either.
This is why the police, all police, need to be completely defunded. They serve no useful purpose for law-abiding taxpayers.
Back The Blue or something…
That is nonsensical balderacious drivel.
Cops need night sticks and black jacks
They were just following orders.
Home begins at the property line. Outrageous!!
Police State Walz.
Agree. The cops are nothing but fascist thugs.
It doesn’t really bother me that Walz would order such a thing. It’s to be expected from garbage politicians like him.
What bothers me is that any police officer would obey such a vile, unconstitutional, and potentially harmful order. (Harmful because someone could get hit in the eye.)
There are lesser examples of this on YouTube. A citizen is speaking in an orderly matter at a public meeting. He is doing nothing wrong, but what he’s saying upsets the mayor. The mayor tells the cops to remove the speaker. Like good little drones, the cops remove him.
How about this instead (to Walz and to that mayor): “Sorry sir, but that’s not a lawful order.”
He cracks down on innocent people in their yards but treats the violent BLM/Antifa commies kid gloves. Pathetic.
There's no humility in government anymore, and this is a huge problem. Working in government is supposed to be a public service - not some kind of bizarre affirmation of false 'superiority'.
That would not have ended well for public officials - first, and police - here.
Fair warning. Final warning.
