Oddly enough, ours in Polk county FL is staying open; it’s in an old strip mall where everything is low-rent except Joann’s Fabrics.

Big Lots in Kokomo, IN is shutting down. I expected that would happen.

The one in Prescott AZ is closing too. I would go there once every few months, wasn’t impressed by what they had.

Is your Big Lots closing?

More pile-on with the SIGNS at this time. Which is why y'all are on this "to:" ping, again. It's a vital continuum. 🙄

Watch how this one rolls with the classic commentary..

Besides being 'lots' of everything, big lots are big bets like in the Megillah and the big bet is the first letter of the Torah which is the first plural (= 2) and it is fast...

CLOSING

"In July 2024, Big Lots announced the closure of 35 to 40 underperforming locations nationwide, blaming inflation and high rising costs as part of the decision. The company warned that it might not be able to survive the rest of 2024 and that a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing might be imminent.." (Wiki)

Here we are right back on that final mem (mem sofit),

with the teaching about the closure of the big bet [ב] to form a big mem sofit [ם]:

Throughout the entire Torah, the final form of the mem appears in the middle of a word only once -- here, in the word לםרבה, l’marbei. What is the significance of this? That Mashiach will bring closure to the exile.

We discussed earlier that the three lines of the letter beis—two horizontal and one vertical—represent three directions (or corners) of the earth.

The north side, that which is open to evil, remains unresolved. With the arrival of Mashiach, the fourth side of the beis of Bereishis—Creation—is completed and the letter beis is transformed into a mem.24 And the emergence of this form of the mem in turn facilitates the consummation of its very own design, whereby the closed mem—the hidden or secret aspects of Torah—takes the place of the open mem, the revealed aspects of the Torah.

For along with the everlasting peace of Mashiach will come the explanation of the reasons for the exile, and the pain and suffering of the Jewish people that accompanied it.

https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/137085/jewish/Mem.htm

Who's got time for explanations?!

That the north side is the left side of the letter is in the simple, ancient orientation explanation -- facing east, left is north -- but in modern times, left is west, so who's looking there? YET, David knew it was midnight when the north wind came in through his window causing his harp to start playing on its own.

Is no one suspicious about the apparent incongruency? It's as if David's harp is big into Heavy Metal. The north wind is the one with the worst temperament, and loud, but the gentle west wind -- how sweet and pleasant, soothing and relaxing. It lines right up for the turning. NES + W ☀️🍃

From north to west is 90° CCW, but look how people will insist on taking the longest route possible to get to The Point even while having zero tolerance for a rambling rose. 🤷‍♀️

Is your Big Lots closing?

One helpful shopping tip from the COVID-era (when making the trip to the local Farm and Feed store), was to

Remember to take along a picture of "your" horse, just in case.

(I'd wondered at the time if anyone had thought to carry a photo of Camilla, because if in case the curmudgeonly management had asked... 😇. But that would be wrong, to break the ice.)

Is that a singular "your", or a plural? Because if any seeds germinated yesterday wrt the final mem (= 600) and Esther the Queen's revelation of the hidden ( אסתר --> אסם, to store up, pile up; n. barn)...

The 2nd person plural/possessive suffix is

כם-

--->

כתר

Sure seems like an important discovery, IMHO. So I got to looking and it's the funniest thing:

כם- first appears in Gen 1:29, 2x:

[29] And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

And then not until chapter 3, again 2x:

[5] For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

And then for some strange reason, this simple pl. "you/yours" ending suddenly goes missing for a long time. It doesn't reappear on a search until chapter 9, in verse 2 just after everyone piled out of the Ark (teva, "box") finally.

Then it's Katy bar the door:

[2] And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

...with the teaching about the closure of the big bet [ב] to form a big mem sofit [ם]

A big bet ['ב] is how 2000 is written, 2 x 1000, thus the simple pattern-concept is that a big mem sofit ['ם] = 600,000.

As you can see, there's nothing new here. The revelation of the hidden is in where it's all been hidden.

(DAVID Seeds -- country charm and lots of salt in every one.)

Remember to take along a picture of "your", just in case.

I see the one in Calumet City is closing. I was at one in Indiana last night and a couple women shopping there were saying that it was closing. It was looted along with a bunch of other stores during the summer of love Floyd riots. River Oaks mall is almost dead there. Another one near me is still open. An Ollies is opening in their old location that they were forced out of by the town, it was to be torn down but never happened, so that might hurt them even more. I don’t shop Big Lots as much since the build back better idiots took over and tanked the economy.

The economic experts say that another retail chain store closing multiple locations is a sign of a healthy economy.
