let me attempt to clear this up for those that havent been paying much attention.

First,
Neither of these two sent their appeal cases up to CAS court. If they had, we would know their chromosomes. This is how we know Semenya is 5 ARD. She is XY.

the most likely scenario is that the Algerian is 5 ARD. We know she was raised as a girl when she was young via her pictures. She can have a birth certificate as female and a passport as female. She could have been legally a female via birth certificate.

At some point, she would start to go through male puberty. She knows she is a HE at this point. XY.

I think the same is likely true of the Asian guy.

Elon Musk has finally found Carole Hooven on twitter

She explains 5 ard very well

Have some empathy for a moment and understand that everyone could think she was a girl. She was raised a girl. But then something begins to go tragically wrong. In Rural Algeria they might not have known for sometime SHE was really a HE. Put yourself in the shoes of those parents and that child.

These are rare disorders but they are over represented in sports.

At this point, I think both of them KNOW they are XY. Societally, HE may think HE is a SHE because that is how he was raised.

Biologically, HE should not be competing in women’s sports.

Charlize Theron adopted a boy. He is now identifying as a girl. Perhaps pushed by Charlize to get on the bandwagon. Who knows. I don’t know what kind of woke laws are available to change his Birth certificate and Passport.

But that kid will be a man and should never be allowed to participate in women’s Olympics.

His situation is different than that of these two boxers

Reportedly the Algerian boxer is “Swyer Syndrome” (XY Gonadal Dysgenesis), and was not given HRT as a teen (rural Algerian healthcare is lacking?). So no breast development.
