Reportedly the Algerian boxer is “Swyer Syndrome” (XY Gonadal Dysgenesis), and was not given HRT as a teen (rural Algerian healthcare is lacking?). So no breast development.

I am not an expert on this so I will just have to tell you what I have read from experts.

Can’t be Swyer for various reasons.

Experts in this area are indicating 5 ARD or PAIS but most likely 5 ard like Caster Semenya.

i think this is why they are saying not swyer. These two boxers look like men like Caster Semenya who is 5 ARD.. Swyer would not create that kind of masculinity.
