As a rational adult (female, disclaimer), FIRST thought:
“Why wasn’t mom charged? She KNEW he had a habit of doing this and in some degree was an enabler of this behavior.”
ONLY rational reason would be: She’s a female.
She really OUGHT to be charged.
The person who was not there.
O-kay. That is a dumb concept.
I don't buy the excuse that with women who kill their kids that some man is responsible and I do not buy that with men who kill their kids that some woman was responsible.
Because I am fond of logic.
Who ever did it, owns it.
