I remember the guy he’s talking about in his previous video walking up and harassing the people along the fence line. I remember a police SUV (looked local) arrived from the other side of the fence to talk to him. He definitely got it on film and a close up of his face.

No matter how you cut it...they were trespassing. An agent for the owner is the same as acting for the owner if told to do so.
