What kind of president would Kamala Harris be if she were in office and another 9/11 struck?
According to reporter Seymour Hersh, probably a pretty surprised one.
She doesn't read her daily presidential intelligence briefings, because, well, that's "homework." Kamala doesn't do homework, as previous reports have noted.
According to Hersh's subscription-only Substack, President Obama read Joe Biden the Riot Act about stepping down from his re-election bid, saying that Congress was ready to go on invoking the 25th Amendment against him and that he had "Kamala's approval" for it.
Kamala would be the nominee if she could perform, and here was Obama's concern:
One possible drawback, I was told, was Harris’s sometime disdain for the work of the US Intelligence Community. She is known not to be especially interested in the President’s Daily Brief, a highly classified summary of current intelligence that is prepared overnight by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and delivered by hand to the most vital offices in Washington, including the vice president’s. The document, which includes signals intelligence, is to be read by the addressee in the presence of the delivering intelligence officer. I was told that Harris often showed little interest in reading the document and at some point asked the agency to stop delivering it to her. Now, as a presidential candidate, she is being kept up to date on all significant intelligence matters.
We've known for a long time that she's stupid and indifferent to national security as her performance as Biden's point person on the border pretty well proves it.

Well heck yeah. Two things missing. Her. Intelligence.
She’s always avoided intelligence it’s why she’s the way she is.
She knows everything.
You can tell whenever she talks.
Hahahahahahahahaha!
Trump was roundly criticized by the press when he ran in 2016 for ignoring his intelligence briefings. Perhaps both Trump and Harris understand the intelligence agency briefings are no more than propaganda to further the bureaucracy’s policy goals instead of meaningful objective data for reasoned decision making.
She’s lazy, even lazier than Obama.
They cause cognitive dissonance. Actual information would interfere with her world view.
She’s also just lazy and entitled.
It is true that Kamala did NOT pass the CA bar exam on her first try. Apparently only about half the people who took it back in 1989 did. However, she did pass it the second time.
Which most likely means she is not really smart, but she is also not stupid. She is probably above average intelligence.
FYI, Michelle Obama failed the Illinois Bar exam the first time she took it either.
Only about half a law school graduates pass the bar exam of their respective states on their first try.
Keep in mind Joe Biden graduated about sixth from the BOTTOM of his law school class at Syracuse. He was number 78 out of 84.
On the other end of the perspective US Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett graduated at the top of her law class.
She’s a political grifter. She’s not a serious or responsible person.
She’s deep-state puppet 3.0
she doesn’t need to read anything. Decisions will be made on her behalf
She has all the intelligence she can handle.
Omuslim was famous for this.
Perfect description!
But who.....Mrs. Obama? Mrs. Clinton; George Soros? or persons unknown?
She doesn’t need to be briefed, nor does Brandon. Neither are running the country.
Trump knew or suspected those giving the briefings didn’t have his or the countries interests at heart, only their agencies. Harris is either to arrogant or stupid to understand these intelligence agencies pick the president and she’s blowing them off in a different way for her for a change.
They may very well turn on her and demand a new president from the communists party because of her behavior.
