It's unlikely they'll name the perp because he's a minor and the Brits are pretty strict about this stuff.
They said he was originally from Wales which means nothing as he could've been housed there as a refugee.
FWIW, several sources on Twitter are saying his name is reportedly Ali Al Shakati.
You really don’t need the name to know an Islamic terrorist was the attacker, the longer authorities go without naming the suspect the more you know it’s a Muslim
It’s now a fundamental law of nature when a terror attack like this happens the longer it takes to know the name of the attacker the more you know it’s a member of a favored group aka African American, Muslim, LGBTQ trans person, etc.
