Did they name the perp yet? They were quick to claim it wasn’t a terrorist attack.

It's unlikely they'll name the perp because he's a minor and the Brits are pretty strict about this stuff.

They said he was originally from Wales which means nothing as he could've been housed there as a refugee.

FWIW, several sources on Twitter are saying his name is reportedly Ali Al Shakati.

Thanks for the information. I figured it had to be a muzzie because the Brits usually go to great lengths to hide their identities in these things. It’s rarely considered a terrorist attack despite the perps being muzzies.
