I went hiking on the AT this year doung 46 miles and 55 miles along the TN/NC border. The biggest problem was the number of sick people.

People not cleaning their hands after crapping, and further infecting the picnic tables, shelters, and other common use areas/items.

This was the worst year for nasty people self inflicting virus infection on themselves in the last ten years.

And all these people simply needed to wash their own hands. But NO. Since Covid, how could people be so stupid and filthy having been taught to wash their hands....
