Dear Lord Freepers the news is depressing a daily cycle of death and destruction especially in the Middle East.
We need Donald Trump now not in 6 months!
I dread to think what things will look like in 6 months.
It looks like an all out war in the Middle East and at the very least an escalation (F-16s being delivered) in Ukraine...

That’s a provocative and very good question to ask in view of his only serving one more term.
He has to know that the Deep State will be resisting him at every turn with all manner of personal and political attacks, along with their usual reliance on lawfare.
It may be that Trump is determined to really drain the Swamp this time. This won’t eradicate all the corruption but it could make a dent in the problem, with the added benefit of making it easier for his successor to get things done.
So its possible that Trump may be playing a long game here instead of just trying to slow down the madness during his term in office (bearing in mind that he has about three years to effectively lead before the arrival of the next election season).
True words. The government we have reflects the values of the electorate.
I give Trump credit for being willing to sacrifice to change the system but there are certain defects in our country that government cannot fix.

PDJT will force what the Left will call a “Constitutional Crisis” when he fires massive numbers of deep state bureaucrats currently protected by so-called Civil Service laws.
Scotus will decide if, per the first sentence of Article II, the Constitution actually empowers the President with the executive Power of the United States of America.
Whatever they decide will join the list of landmark decisions like that of Marbury, Dred Scott, Plessy, Brown and Roe.

Its not going to be easy. Make no mistake, he’s going to have to contend with all the RINOs in the GOP who are defenders of the Deep State and the Swamp. They will resist nearly everything Trump tries to do.
