A number of years ago, Long John Silvers was sued over it's Chicken Peg Legs.
Basis of the suite were that the product was chicken wings and not drumsticks.

I don’t find the chicken finger analogy correct. To my mind, boneless means boneless. Chicken fingers are shaped like fingers.
