I think he's a former editor at "The Weekly Standard" which used to be, or claimed to be, a conservative-based weekly publication. I remember him most from sitting on "the panel" for Britt Hume's 6pm show on Fox News. It was usually him or Fred Barnes. Then Mort Kondraki (Roll Call?), and Mara Liasson (PBS?).
