At some point they are going to need to talk about policy and which policies they have that will get her out of this mess

Are they planning to keep this Honeymoon going until the end, run out the clock and run only with personal attacks and be able to avoid talking about issues and policies and the direction of this country and win that way?
She is putting lipstick on a pig. I don’t just mean Harris, but the entire sordid tale of how they propped up an infirm old man until he was no longer even a convincing figurehead, and then forced his hand to quit only after it was clear he couldn’t win. Patriotism, indeed.
By maybe doing a good job and not just a BJ?

In some alternate timeline she’s in prison garb, scowling about the mushy canned peas two days in a row when they said on the menu it would be sliced carrots tonight.
And using a smuggled spoon to slowly burrow through the cinder blocks night by night to escape through the laundry room and then through a pipe and a grating to freedom. Losing 35 pounds to fit was tough.
