A wealthy tourist's $1,000 tryst with a Las Vegas prostitute ended up being a very costly mistake after she took off with his jewels that cost nearly $120,000.
The unidentified man met the high-priced escort, identified as Maiah Meleschi, after a night of gambling at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino located on the glitzy Las Vegas strip in July 2022.
The next morning the man woke up alone in his bed and discovered Meleschi was gone - and so was his $85,000 Rolex, $30,000 gold necklace, and $3,000 in cash.
The man reported the incident to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Surveillance footage showed the initial meeting and then Meleschi exiting the hotel wearing a large gold chain and watch, as per a police report, local 8NewsNow reported.
A warrant had been issued for her arrest and earlier this month she was caught and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. She has been charged with grand larceny, burglary and possessing stolen property.
*** He told police that he was visiting Sin City and was playing Blackjack in the casino until 5am when he was approached by the woman, as per court documents.
Surveillance footage showed Meleschi first approaching the man in the casino before the two walked to the hotel elevators together.
When the man woke up alone in the hotel room and saw his pricey belongings had disappeared that is when he realized he had been swindled.

I finally gave her $15 just to go away.

Donald Trump paid a whore to go away. But Stormy didn’t.
UG!!!!
I had a hooker sitting in a side alley in New Orleans proposition me many years ago. I told her I was looking for a fish place, and she invited me in for “red snapper”.
Gee, I really don’t feel sorry for him.
Yeah, really. Men wearing necklaces or earrings is icky.
BARF!!! What a ghastly looking creature...
If you can’t trust a whore, who can you trust??? He should have called Hunter and gotten some references.
Yup. That kind of bling and the race and appearance of the rapper does suggest a certain type of John.
I will always regret not buying the $12 Rolex I was offered years ago in Beijing as I was exiting across the moat around the Firbidden City. In fact, I should have bought a whole box of them.
This was long before China went skunky under the God King Emperor Xi, back when we all had hopes that China might graduate into a responsible trade partner. Alas. The communist hardliners won and the modernizers lost. Which is just a replay of what China has been doing wrong for 200 years now.

I will always regret not buying the $12 Rolex I was offered years ago in Beijing as I was exiting across the moat around the Forbidden City. It sure looked purty. I could probably go to a Vegas casino, look desperate and tell an athlete or rapper that I had just lost everything at the tables, needed quick cash to have a chance to get even, and let him have it for $25,000. In fact, I should have bought a whole box of them.
They’d be better investments than this hooker, so I figure I’d be doing the athletes and rappers a service.

“Capitol Heights, Md.”
I’m from literally right up the road. And I speak from experience when I say, “one should not be where one does not belong.”
