Legally speaking we may not be able to have such hot drinks anymore.

I’m sure the legal counsel for Dunkin’ Donuts is looking very closely at all of this. And legal counsel for places such as Starbucks will also be watching such cases very closely.

The insurance carriers for these sorts of establishments are also going to be involved.

Eventually it may just be too risky legally speaking to serve hot beverages.

It is such a shame that we have become such a sue happy society, I owned restaurants for 30+ years and NEVER had a lawsuit, I would NEVER get into that business today NEVER!!
