I agree that this is a strong possibility.
They need to get Biden out of the race by fabricating a "medical condition" that keeps him out of sight but still allows him to pretend he's really the president.

Bet they make Kamala "temporary while he's sick"...and when they get to the convention floor...
They will make him release his electors "to whomever" the candidate is...and it more likely than not will be Newsome.
