HOMEMADE ICE CREAM IS WAAAAY BETTER THAN ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM A STORE.............
One can of Evaporated milk (12oz)
One and a half cups powdered sugar
Teaspoon vanilla
One twelve oz bag frozen peaches. Or fresh or canned (drained).
Put your evaporated milk in the freezer along with your mixing bowl for four hours or overnight.
Take out, add sugar and vanilla, whip until very frothy.
Put back in freezer for one or two hours.
Take back out and whip again until smooth.
Now fold in the peaches.
Place back in freezer until dinner.
Take out and eat.
Yum Yum!
Yeah, I know it is ice milk not ice cream but it is really good.
