If all Secret Service radio communications are routinely recorded, then we would have proof whether this entire event if it was an intentional hit and who was responsible, especially if that record somehow turned up missing.
From such a record, we would know whether and when the SS was informed of the shooter on the Glass Research building and that no order was issued to sweep Trump off the stage.
The question of whether the Secret Service Rules of Engagement demanded the sniper on the roof behind Trump request permission to shoot still hangs. If SS had been notified of the potential assassin, how long was it before he was authorized to shoot? If he saw the perp, he had to have made that request. With that record, we would know whether he had.
All of this hangs on the question as to whether these communications are routinely recorded. Given government behavior pursuant to the standards of evidence in court cases and the importance of communications in sustaining effective security, I'm betting that they are. I have little doubt Bongino would know the answer to that question, as that capability would play a role in procedural analysis and improvements in which he would have been directly involved.

The snipers on the roof were Secret Service, which is printed right under the word "Police" on back of their vests.
Secret Service deleted ALL their communications from Jan 6 and weeks before.

If a DOG was rushing ANY one of the SS or cops, NONE of them would’ve hesitated to empty their weapons on it…

If, and when Trump gets back into office, there will be a cleansing of records of every one of the alphabet agencies, the likes of which has never been seen before, prior to January 20, 2025.
The more early visibility it gets, the harder that is to do.
