Ping!.......................
The host, who is bizarrely not being charged, is a big HIV mRNA vax researcher at Scripps.
I remember hearing about this after it happened. Such an unusual thing.
So who won the game?
They got blitzed on drugs and alcohol and passed out outside. Lesson learned.
“preliminary toxicology reports showed cocaine, THC and fentanyl had been found in the men’s bodies.”
Why are the families distraught? The answer is right there. No one shoved drugs down their pie holes. They did it to themselves.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY.
The three guys lost.
So who won the game?
The families were verbally notified in February that preliminary toxicology reports showed cocaine, THC and fentanyl had been found in the men’s bodies.
McGeeney’s cousin, Caleb McGeeney, told NewsNation at the time that he believed Willis’ experience as a chemist was to blame for the deaths. “Jordan is somebody that is known from high school as, like, creating drugs for people, to make them feel better in certain situations,” he told the news outlet.
Meanwhile, Fox News reported Jan. 31 that Willis had viewed his friends’ deaths as a “wake-up call” and checked himself into rehab as a way of “facing his addiction head-on.”
pretty hard to prove homicide.
It is tragic. However in the final analysis an individual is responsible for their own willful behavior and actions. Were these men forced to become intoxicated or use drugs? Were they unknowingly poisoned? If not, it is tragic but in the final analysis they died by their own hand. Really no different than a drug addict dying alone, in the street from an overdose.
They all got stoned out of their minds. One guy went inside and passed out for a couple days. The others made the mistake of passing out outside in sub zero temperatures and froze to death.
This is not a crime. This is death by misadventure. Let this be another object lesson in why you should not take drugs.

But, boy, isn’t that something you don’t hear every day
Normally, people get charged for some action that they took, not for an action that they didn't take which may or may not have made a difference anyway.
Whatever happened to them in the backyard happened very quickly. There was no time for any of them to get back into the house, or to try to help the other two if they suddenly fell ill. They had been drinking beer while watching the game, but that alone doesn't explain anything. My theory is that they decided to smoke some pot, which, unknown to them, had been laced with fentanyl. I read one story that said fentanyl can cause the body to rapidly heat up, which may explain why they went out into the yard despite the bitter cold, maybe to cool off? As for the guy who remained behind in the house, I don't know what his motive would be in intentionally harming the others.
HIV researcher? was he searching for it with the end of his d?
But...who doesn’t know he’s got 3 dead guys in his yard for a couple of days????
Fentanyl must be a hell of a drug - after seeing Fentanyl zombies standing there hunched over and not moving in SF, I can believe these guys just stayed out in the cold and froze to death.
Yes, but.....Has anyone said, or reported on, HOW they were positioned in their frozen death places? That is, were they sitting in chairs around a firepit or portable tv/speaker, were they lying on bedding materials or in a tent, or did they just appear to have been dragged out and dumped there? It is not unusual for drug OD’s to pass out or pass away in another’s home and then to be dumped outside or elsewhere, to keep investigators from coming into a facility without a court order or to distance the drug provider (host, homeowner, renter, etc.) from the death(s) or to avoid ID checks which might reveal wants/warrants.
All 3 of them? Not buying it.
