Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) introduced the legislation and told Breitbart News Daily in June that there is “repeated evidence” of non-citizens voting.

“Allowing non-citizens to vote in elections is unconscionable and un-American – it incentivizes more illegal immigration, rewards Biden’s open border policies, and, worst of all, it undermines the Constitution and American’s ability to choose their representatives,” Rep. Jodey Arrington (R-TX) said in a written statement. “American citizens – and only American citizens – have the sacred right to vote in elections in the United States.”

All this is cover.

The ONLY way to steal a landslide is with high tech.

And Congress isn’t doing anything about those handy dandy electronic voting machines, is it...

Go figure.

Chuckie and his cronies doubtfully will pass the bill in the senate and for sure Muesli Brains will veto it. Besides, the real battle is 50 state elections for federal offices and the deep blue states are going to have to get sued big-time for any real movement. Many of these states don’t even have voter ID laws.

Of course it should be...either birth certificate or naturalization paper. Both are available....if you’re a citizen.

In Illinois illegals can now get a driver’s license with no way to tell if the person is an American citizen.

We (Oklahoma) recently put into office (Senate) a man who, right off the bat, voted for a particular military action, then (immediately) bought some particular defense related stocks. He got some bad press but then, nothing. No accountability.

Congress has no idea what's going on nationally or internationally unless it affects their stock portfolio. Not only do they not have the time to deal with crises in America, they don't even have the time to learn of crises in America. We're being invaded by military aged chinks? The pimps in Congress haven't heard about it. Cartels controlling our borders? The whores in Congress haven't even heard about it. They're too busy getting fabulously wealthy at our expense.

This is an historic low point for the Republic, one from which we will never recover.

To be honest...getting fake birth certificate papers is probably easy. So even if you go and mandate that...we’d suddenly find a million voters claiming this status.

Traffic accidents are UP in our small rural. The drivers can’t read English, and well, you know how they drive in Mexico.

So here we are on July 11 and you have decided that it’s all over and America is lost.
Get better material Surrender Monkey.
The RNC, if you haven’t noticed is no longer run by Delecto’s niece. Lara Trump wants to win and we have all the technology we need. Congress can’t do the job because it is not properly empowered, but the RNC and Pinocchio are doing the job.

Schumer will not bring it up. Which means it will have to be resubmitted in 2025.

Call to make sure they take your deceased relative, friend or neighbor is off the rolls but don’t be surprised they tell you to call back in six months.

The bill is interesting. It focuses more on states’ illegally registering illegals, than on the illegal.

https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/senate-bill/4292/text

A BILL
To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

......

(i) Private Right Of Action.—Section 11(b)(1) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20510(b)(1)) is amended by striking “a violation of this Act” and inserting “a violation of this Act, including the act of an election official who registers an applicant to vote in an election for Federal office who fails to present documentary proof of United States citizenship,”.

(Including the act of an election official - becomes individual, can’t hide in the system.)

still no info on recourse or penalty. Anyone find it? in original act?

I understand you point but never underestimate small beginnings. If you put up a fence, some will still jump over but it will persuade some not to.

Zec 4:10 Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”

https://www.justice.gov/crt/national-voter-registration-act-1993-nvra

What agency is responsible for enforcement of the NVRA?
The U.S. Department of Justice has enforcement responsibility under the NVRA. The Department undertakes activities designed to ensure compliance with the NVRA, including monitoring state compliance, conducting investigations and, filing litigation in federal court to enforce the NVRA’s requirements. Private parties may also bring litigation in federal court to enforce the NVRA. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission is responsible for administration of the national voter registration form, as well as State reporting under the NVRA.

Private parties may bring litigation to federal court to enforce NVRA requirements.

Still not sure what penalty or recourse is. Anyone?
