Unlike here in the U.S. they actually drive civilized in Europe and keep right except to pass.
I’m surprised that the Germans are allowing these speed limiters since they pride themselves of the Autobahn and it’s long stretches of unlimited speed.

I’ve driven large trucks with governors (speed limiters) that maxed out a 55 mph back in the 55 mph era. It was nearly impossible to pass anyone safely.
