I think any maze with that number of cells would be equally difficult.

One exit is on the bottom below the red dot. You can work your way back from there in a couple of minutes. It isn’t that hard. I’m thinking there are multiple paths. When I started at the center I got really lost. Working from a possible exit was fairly easy.

You can transit any maze by putting your hand on a wall, left or right, and just following the wall.

It may take you a while, but topologically it has to get you to an exit.
