I think that testimony is mostly social worker and lawyer words in his mouth. I think that boy was manipulated. And I think he was harmed. What a grace-filled reply; thank you. Could be that the reason I’ve been sensitized to it is that I studied this topic for my grad thesis—and I’m the mother of a son. I was horrified at the aggressiveness of various females (and their trashy parents) towards him as soon as he was a teenager.

There is a contingent of men on FR who frequently post that they were fleeced in marriage and divorce, that the women they married took unfair advantage of them, that the courts favor the women unfairly, and in fact all women are this kind of evil. And that's why courts recognize the legal concept of STATUTORY RAPE, because an underage child cannot legally give consent, even if he or she appears willing or enthusiatic. It is still a harm to their childhood, a disruption of their education and their morals, so governments in the developed world recognize that the value of a human asset (a family member, a citizen, future community member, worker, taxpayer and voter) is diminished by criminal activity by an older person upon the child.

The older person is using the child for their own selfish gratification. Didn't your mother ever tell you not to take candy from a stranger? And didn't your father warn you not to have sex with an underage person, i.e. “jail bait”? Real life isn't a porn movie.

I can only go by the long, detailed text in both the OP and the DailyMail article I linked in post 72, and in neither article did his parents' thoughts, opinions or court testimony appear.

The boy who fathered the child said at her trial that he had thought himself in love with her, and that he was heartbroken not to be allowed by social services to know anything at all about the child including what sex it is.

You are correct that if the pedo-mom had been given the child, there would have been a custody and support determination by the court. I've read of at least one other case where a male child was taken advantage of by an older predator and then sued years later for child support, even though he was a coerced minor.

In this case, the boy testified (and presumably her social media posts were examined as part of her trial) that the skank teacher assured him that she could not become pregnant. She cared nothing about him or the child, when it comes down to it.
