Yeah, I'm not going to ever get too worked up over a "cops shoot someone with a pellet gun" article, barring substantial evidence of misconduct by said police officers. Why? Because everything pictured below is a "pellet gun", and not, in fact, a firearm:













Someone pulls one of the above on you, are you going to take the time to find out it's a pellet gun before they shoot..?

The article says a Glock replica was recovered from the scene. Presumably this was the pellet gun. Vic and family were and are Burmese. Utica has a large Burmese community so that part is my education for the day. I guess they don’t use the term Myanmarian.

That's a good post..
A cop has just as much right to defend his life as any other man.
NO ONE should need to be shot before they can legally defend themselves.
