Biden was claiming to be a great golfer, his handicap was 6.
Trump says you don’t have a six handicap.
Biden says, my handicap is 8.
Seriously, Biden said this.

Correct, although it was cited in answering as to his health.
Trump was asked about his health, and he cited a number of things, and he included his maintaining his golf ability as a sign of his general fitness, golf being a combination of the physical and the mental. It was not cited as specifically relevant to the presidency.
Handicaps are too easy to fake. I was once a scratch golfer. Of course, many gamblers do the reverse and get fake high handicaps.
There is no way on God's green earth that Biden was ever a 6-handicap or an 8-handicap.
My boss was a legitimate 6, and I played many rounds of golf with him. I know what good golf looks like.
I laughed out loud when Biden dropped that load of pony poop on the debate stage.
You have to remember that it is a given that JoeK unquestionably receives 20+ mulligans per round.
