"... the only way one can get off the ballot is to die." Now, that' got the attention of the Hillabeast.

Trust me, the Democrats aren’t going to let little things like laws get in their way. They’ll circumvent the ballot issue somehow.

The rats can do whatever they want. In their minds rules (and laws) are for suckers.

we are not voting for the presidential candidate. We are voting for a slate of electors. No ballot change needs to be made.

The Democrats deceived their voters when they eliminated the primary process. They hid Joe from the public.

Biden isnt going anywhere, I say let him go all the way to November I just saw a poll showing that Trump is leading Biden in NEW JERSEY yeah you read that right, so yeah keep Biden on the ballot, besides, dems went to the primary polls and voted for him, making their votes not count is against democracy and all

Technically, no one votes for a candidate for president. They vote for a slate of electors. The electors will do what they are told, or face the wrath of the elites.

They would have to re-do millions of pre-filled and sighed ballots.

Or, they can just say, “We declare that on the ballot, Biden means _Newsome_”, for example.

“He has already won, you know.”

Not a problem. The Dims are experts at ballot modification.

He is not on ANY ballots yet.

He is not even going to be nominated before early August, and that’s only to comply with the very first ballot deadline of Ohio. The DNC has 5+ weeks to replace him with no controversy if they wish, and the replacement will be on every ballot in the country.

Legalities have never gotten in the way of the DNC getting what it wants. Just ask Seth Rich.......oh, you can’t he is dead. Just ask the author of the Steele report and the lies to the FISA court so Trump’s campaign could be bugged.......oh, that sort of never happened or at least people apologized.

Not off the early ballots after they are sent Oct. 7.

It varies by state as to whether you count the presidential line by party (VT) or by person (OH). But in many states, it is by person, thus if the name on the early ballots differs from the candidate on ED, the only ballots counted are those on ED.

Since he isn’t officially the Rat nominee at present, he isn’t on the ballot anywhere except possibly Ohio where the RINOs passed a special law to let his name appear on the ballot due to how late the Rat convention is.

He’s not even been nominated yet.

The question is can the Democrat party replace him as nominee?

It seems to me he has to withdraw.

His delegates are pledged.

He’s not the actual candidate unless The DNC sent his name to the states after their so called virtual convention which they held to beat Ohio’s deadline.

Remember what Ohio Republicans did to let Biden on the ballot?

Now ask yourself you’re question.

The democrat party is private and can make their own rules. Biden can release his delegates and they can vote for whomever they want.

If he does not release his delegates, they are required to vote for him on the first ballot. It is no more complicated than that.

This is how nominees were selected 60 and 70 years ago. Primaries only started in the 1960s.

States include the nominee of the party - it does not matter who it is. They are not independent candidates and those folks have different rules to follow.

The Rat’s (DNC) back in 1972 removed Senator Tom Eggleton from the VP nominee’s slot post-convention when word got out, he had been treated for depression. That should give some guidance in reading the tea leaves of what might be next. Have they changed their rules since then? However, with Rats what’s a rule but something to be broken when its inconvenient!

Primaries have been held and the dye is set.

Strange variant of "the die is cast," but I suppose that it's possible.
