Love Garlic Ping!...............
I’d rather just die.

Ha ha. You probably would at my house. Fresh garlic and onions are mainstays of our cooking.
I'm guessing you would not like my homemade kimchi either ;-)
GMAB.
Enough of the cholesterol garbage.
Garlic is good for MANY other reasons.
I buy local Amish kimchi and add hot peppers and garlic.
oh me too.
Just no.
Garlic is just too good to stay away from.
You’re not going to die of cholesterol.
So you’re safe (except from vampires).
If you saw mine...
The problem is that the world has been gaslighted as to the true nature of the CVD problem. Ironically, they found another way to hide it with the jab (how convenient).
I love garlic, but how much does it take to make a real difference?
NO!..Please tell me that’s just an Old Chinese Wive’s Tale!
Now, I need to watch for the origins of my garlic. Great.
Amish made kimchi? That’s a new one on me.
I love it and can eat raw garlic, but my wife doesn’t let me. (for obvious reasons)
I include 5 cloves of garlic, a few bits of fresh ginger and a spoon of curry powder (90% Turmeric) in everything I cook at home. Knock on wood, no heart attacks, no strokes, cholesterol is low, and aches in knee joints are much better. Ginger & turmeric are good for reducing inflammation, which in my thinking helps aches and pains. I am in my mid-80’s, and about to embark on a project to construct a 10 feet X 30 feet patio deck made from inter-locking pavers. However I am going to wait until fall. Weather is way too hot & humid right now in Florida.
Good for you!
I like garlic. It doesn’t like me. You don’t want to be near me for a few days after eating garlic for a few days.
Sauteed garlic in any good oil has less aroma.
