No issues here...(logged into another Yahoo! account of mine no problem).
They added a “Captcha” security prompt...you using some kind of ad/pop-up blocker? Might interfere with the “Captcha”.

My Netscape Navigator has been having issues ;)

I cannot log into Yahoo from Việt Nam though I have no problems with my VPN in the USA even though I have my VPN set to Vietnam. With my VPN so set I get a lot of ads in Vietnamese so It would seem that it is not scamming me.

Had a “problem” with AOL yesterday. They wanted to text me a code to log in and wanted me to change my password. If Yahoo is having trouble, maybe someone is doing something behind the scenes we aren’t being told about.
