That’s the fear as Canadian SF is rushed to the North of Kiev to build the minefields. I am sure they are French Can;)

They will die in their minefields when Russia finds them. The real fear is that no one paid actually built fortified positions north of Kiev. Biden’s corrupt fingers.

Russia at some point is going to level those apartments with FABs, wiping out large concentrations of Uke’s, and when they do they will finally roll into Ukraine like a hot knife thru butter.

It will be very gratifying to see Woke Joke Joe’s Admin be crushed by a country he trued to rape, and the US guven a chance to destroy the Marxists here at home.

Russia at some point is going to level those apartments

At some point, traitors to freedom do reveal their allegiance to the enemy. Rooting for destruction of apartments, which is in reality living quarters with people inside all of them, is the ultimate evil revealed.

Putin does appreciate your help, but rooting for the murder of innocent people is going way too far. You are the equivalent of a terrorist who doesn't care what it takes to achieve your goals.

Ukraine's military have been consistently adapting and improving their aircraft and weaponry

The latest innovation is based on the WW2 Spitfire.

Thanks, I forgot to mention it’s USAAF nickname. “Mosquito” must be a post-WW2 moniker, I’ve never seen or heard of the T-6/AT-6 being called that. AT stood for Advanced Trainer when it was the transition point into USAAF fighter aircraft. Or when it was hauling around aerial gunners in the back seat giving them aerial training, like my Dad got out of Harlingen Army Air Field.

And a 170 MPH Yak does what against a hypersonic drone?

That 2 -seater training aircraft from the 70’s is about all that’s left of the Ukrainian Air Force. The F-16’s people always say the Ukraine is about to get - SOON! - are smaller and lighter and intended for close fighting (aerial combat) whereas most of Russia’s aircraft are heavier, built to carry missiles fired from long range.

SO Putin’s Air Force can shoot down Ukraine’s mythological F-16’s long before the F-16’s can fire back.

Those Ukrainian pilots are on average 20 - 22 years of age and are receiving about 1/3 the normal training hours because the Ukraine is ‘in a hurry’.

The Belgians have promised Ukraine F-16’s but those are very old models rebuilt with a kit to give them more capability. Those won’t even begin to arrive until the end of the year and will arrive one at a time, slowly until delivery is complete in 2028. Another nation promised them some F-16’s and we’ll see how fast that nation actually provides them.

They don’t have air fields to land F-16’s on in the Ukraine. Those airfields have to be constructed and then maintained in pristine conditions because the air intakes on the jets would suck in debris on the runway. The Ukrainians can’t build or maintain such airfields because they lack adequate air defense systems to protect them. The air defenses they have are few, and they keep being destroyed by the Russians. To install adequate air defense systems in the Ukraine would take years. So any donated F-16’s would be destroyed if parked in the Ukraine.

The whole F-16 talk now, and the propaganda suggesting the Ukraine is winning, is to keep the war going on long enough for NATO to get WWIII going. Putin has said if foreign nations actively participate in this war he would respond by destroying those nations assets, even if those assets are in the nations borders.

So NATO tried to lie their way into WWIII by claiming they would base those imaginary F-16’s and their imaginary Ukrainian pilots in Romainia, but fly them into the Ukraine and land on some imaginary airfield to refuel and re-arm. Completely preposterous idea but hey, it’s NATO. In reality they would fly from Romainia into combat with Russia in order to provoke WWIII, probably with NATO pilots. Then suddenly, they changed their tune and said all imaginary F-16’s and imaginary pilots would be based and operated out of Ukraine.

Back to the point that the Ukraine doesn’t have landing strips, air defenses, and would have to build them while taking enemy fire. Then, they would have to maintain the runways in pristine condition and paint the F-16’s to look like buses or boats in hopes that Russia won’t see them, or the runways, and simply destroy them.

Well, that confirms that this is their 2nd success, as the dates are different. So, Russia is down two drones now. Putin must be sweating how long he will live to see another day. 🤣

So, Russia keeps gaining territory daily but, based on some twisted bit of logic, you think it isn't winning?

Even taking the story at face value, why is it a "humiliating blow"?

Whatever else is going on, it is no surprise to President Putin that Ukies hit back. Abd Spitfires versus drones does less harm to Russian forces than had they used piloted aircraft. The whole point of drones is enhanced expendability.

Canadian SF is the unit that Canada sends to build mine fields in foreign countries?

What is the source for this Canada sending troops to Ukraine story?

Looks a bit closer to a T-28 than a T-6. Probably a good aircraft for the chosen mission.

Your kind of people would keep the residents in the buildings as humun shields is just like Biden’s Hamas supporters. Think before you show your stupidity and lack of compassion outting yourself as a typical Biden drone.
