This is a beautiful declaration of independence and a powerful presentation of arguments for renouncing US citizenship and repatriating as an American State National written by a veteran. The name of the author and link to the original affidavit have been withheld for discretionary purposes. This testimony is not associated with the American States Assemblies, although the case for expatriation is the same. This stuff is all phony. You couldn’t have done it and got away with it even earlier in American history either. You could probably have gotten away with a lot if you moved out beyond the frontier, but a declaration like this would only be laughed at and scorned.

You are a citizen of the State where you legally reside and the United States of America. Word salads of legally irrelevant legalese and emotional appeals will not change that. Even more when the phrase "American State National" originated around 2020, not 1776.

Sovereign Citizens want it both ways. They want to believe in their fairy tale laws, mythical federal bank accounts and that magically provide money to pay for what they want. They want all other citizens of the United States, whose citizenship and responsibility to obey laws and pay taxes they reject, to follow the laws and pay the taxes to foot the bill for Sovereign Citizens. Cutting out all the legalistic gobbledygook, that is fraud.

As far as following advice of Anna Von Reitz, The Fearless Floyd Show best sums the Sovereign Citizen movement:

"Following a Con-Artist is not a wise choice in life."

We disagree. I just think you deserve the America you were sold, not this beast system we’re all being scammed with and terrorized by now.

As a thing is done, so it is undone. I know it’s scary but this is the way out. You obviously haven’t experienced any of the contradictions or evidence that I’ve been trying to share. But since you won’t consider any of it there’s no further point in trying to disclose anything more.
