Grand Island Police responded to a local pizzeria following a dispute between an angry customer and an employee Sunday morning.
At around 12:15 a.m., officers responded to Domino’s, 624 N. Webb Road, in reference to an assault.
Capt. Dean Elliott said when officers arrived on the scene, they determined a customer – a Minnesota man – was upset his order was wrong and issued a refund. However, he said the customer engaged in a mutual fight with a Domino’s employee.
Elliott said officers later talked to both parties who did not wish to pursue charges.
This was in Nebraska, apparently.
Yes, let the record reflect this was NOT Florida man.....as Florida Man DOES NOT hang out in Nebraska.
Like the pizza was going to be any good anyway.
Nothing good happens after midnight.
A 12:45am order? Post-bar munchies?
Nothing good ever happens after midnight...at Dominio’s.......especially the pizza
The cops issued the guy a refund? The cops in Nebraska must be pretty cool.

Domino’s isn’t worth fighting over.
I agree. I prefer frozen pizza anyways.
You’re much better off sticking with frozen pizza.
I haven’t had domino’s in literally decades.
If its gonna be a chain pizza joint we prefer Mellow Mushroom.
Pretty sure this is Grand Island New York. I grew up there and I am familiar with Webb Road.
I thought so, too.
But the article was from a NE source so I presumed it was there. I couldn’t imagine why a NE newspaper would report on something from GI, NY.
I grew up in the Tonawanda area.
Oops! The Reporter must have forgotten to submit his story about the event. Only turned in the outline.
Stuff happens when you’re in a hurry.
Here is another who grew up with Irv Weinstein saying pistol packing punks. :)
Irv Weinstein dates you some.

Up here in Toronto I’m 67 and I was 10 when the Toronto Maple Leafs last won the Stanley Cup and I remember watching that on an old black and white tv. There are generations of adults now that weren’t even born then that are still wandering in the desert. :)
