Heading to the Caribbean within striking distance of USA.

Maybe Russia moved the fleet over to the White Sea because of DEI.

Newsweek

Newsweek’s overall circulation (single-copy sales and subscriptions together) plunged 50% over the span of 10 years, according to the Alliance for Audited Media: In a longer span, it dropped from 3.2 million in 1992 to 1.5 million in 2012. Time, by comparison, saw a 22% decline in that time period.

Newsweek? I seem to remember something about that, one of the two largest failures and Marxist co options of the Western Media.

Haven't seen a Newsweak anywhere in public in the last 30 years.

Prog Socialist unamerican shills seem to love Newsweak though.

“Despite having no conventional navy of note, Ukraine has scored repeated successes against the Russian fleet at sea.”

That right there makes you wonder about the role of navies.

Russia’s Second Black Sea is being built with glass bottomed boats so they can see the First. If the Ukies destroy enough of the Russian Navy there, an amphibious operation in Crimea or Southern Kherson province becomes a very real possibility.

Russia is trying to build major port facilities on Syria's Mediterranean coast line.

I do not recall seeing any news stories on that in the last year.

Russia only has one warm water port - on Crimea, in the Black Sea, pretty much surrounded by NATO countries and hostiles like Ukraine.

Russia's new Black Sea naval base alarms Georgia , BBC, Dec 12, 2023.

Russia started work on improving her naval base at Ochamchire, Georgia, last year. It is 400 miles away from Sevastopol. This is in the territory seized in the 2008 Russo-Georgian war.
