That's going to be awfully difficult to do without passing through the Bosporus and Dardanelles straits!

Little thing known as the Montreux Convention Regarding the Regime of the Straits prevents them from doing so!

The Russian fleet cannot leave the Black Sea because Turkey will not let them transit the Bosporous. See the Montreaux Convention.
