What’s next in the lawfare campaign against Trump

The first thing to say about the Democratic lawfare campaign against former President Donald Trump is that it has been a smashing success. With help from a senior Biden Justice Department official and a Biden-donor judge, Manhattan Democratic District Attorney Alvin Bragg set out to convict the former president on 34 felony counts and ended up convicting the former president on 34 felony counts. By any measure, that is a triumph for a prosecutor — and his party.

Now, though, comes the task of converting a win in court into a win in the presidential election, which has always been the underlying goal of the lawfare campaign. Even with all of President Joe Biden‘s liabilities, including his age, inflation, and the border disaster, some Democrats believed that if they could just call Trump a “convicted felon,” enough would-be Trump voters might abandon the Republican candidate to allow Biden to win a second term.

The novelty continues

The bafflement over the first Trump prosecution now moves on to the next Trump prosecutions. Trump is charged in three additional cases. Two were brought by Jack Smith, the Biden Justice Department’s choice to prosecute Biden’s opponent. One of those is the classified documents case in Florida, and the other is the case focusing on the 2020 election and Jan. 6 in Washington, D.C. The third case was brought by Fani Willis, the elected Democratic district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia.

The Georgia case, plagued by Willis’s ethics problems, is going nowhere. In early June, a state appeals court stopped all proceedings for months while litigation over Willis continues. The classified documents case is creeping along, mired in pretrial fighting and the difficulties of handling zillions of secret documents. Neither has a ghost of a chance of coming to trial this year.

I am afraid that there is absolutely nothing the deep state won’t do to stop Trump.

I believe Trump has the delegates to become the Republican presidential candidate.

Most Republican voters feel that he is the best available person for president.

It’s up to the “independent” voters to make the nation’s choice. I suspect most don’t like Stalinist trials.

In theory, Willis can step aside by resigning. Some billionaire Democrat can cough up the funding for a $300,000/year job for her.

It only requires one document in theory. A document that was sensitive in February 2021, but no longer is so it can be presented in the constitutionally required “public trial”.

The problem is that the prosecuting Democrats don’t understand the matters the documents concern. Simply because something is marked “TOP SECRET” doesn’t mean it is.

In addition, Trump was given “classified” information in order to order government action to deal with the underlying problems. The once “TOP SECRET” location of an ISIS commander killed by the US military by order of Trump is no longer “TOP SECRET”.

With their lawfare cases going nowhere or in Trumps “conviction” in New York energizing his base and gathering huge donations, the deep state has few options left to stop the Trump juggernaut. Trump poses such a threat to the deep state, that his assassination is sadly a possibility. The FBI Gestapo raiding Mar-a-Lago was both heavily armed and given a green light by the Biden Administration to use deadly force.

They are out. This would have had to be set up a year ago. If you recall, the lawfare cabal deliberately DELAYLED the onset of these attacks, thinking they would work and thus did NOT replace Rutabaga in late 2022 or early 2023. Had they started lawfare earlier, they may have replaced him with a useless Harris or Newsome, either of whom would have lost bigger.

So no, they have no more lawfare tricksies.
*The “keep him off the ballot” failed
*The docs case failed
*The “insurrection” case failed
*Boast ‘n’ Bragg now may see a mistrial
*The Engeron civil case and aging haglet civil cases “succeeded,” but are on appeal and ultimately will produce nothing for the left.

It’s over.

I hope you are right, but the deep state still has their “JFK” option and Trump is not good about keeping his head down in public appearances. I put nothing past the deep state, and have doubt about Trump appointing the right personnel if he makes it through the gauntlet. Just look at his support of the big new FIB HQ building when he should be abolishing all of the deep state institutions and rebuilding from scratch. Also continuing comments about how COVID VAX Warp Speed was successful, and great, and beautiful. The military is woke and would probably support the FIB before the CIC if Trump is president. I am hoping for a return to normality and freedom, but I think it will be a walk through a minefield. My greatest hope is that you will tell me how unfounded my instincts were ahead of the 2028 election.

Think about this: they have wanted to kill him for 8 years and have failed. So two things: 1) God has His hand on Trump, and no one will take him out until Trump has accomplished all God’s purposes; 2) Trump has exceptional PRIVATE security in addition to the SS. I saw this in action in the 2016 campaign in OH where a guy managed to get on stage & was taken down in seconds.

I agree that God has his hand on Trump. The marxists have become a cancer in our country and they will never stop trying to take Trump down and they won’t stop trying to steal elections. I think that the lawfare against Trump and other conservatives has become so blatantly obvious that everyone sees it. Will the marxists fabricate 91 million votes for Biden? It would be so obvious that they would not be credible. They got away with it in 2020 so they may think they can lie their way around it again. But, I see the panic in the left so they may know that the Trump vote will beyond the margin of cheat.

The lawfare comes from obama.

He told the country that he would reward his friends and punish his enemies. Biden is nothing but a frontman that obama wished for.
