Even the notorious RINO and former presidential candidate Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah is denouncing the sham conviction of President Donald Trump.
In a rigged trial orchestrated by New York Democrats in conjunction with the Biden White House, Trump was found guilty of all 34 charges of falsifying business records related to a hush-money payment made to adult porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential election.
Romney, who makes no secret of his disdain for the former president and has tried to sabotage him at every turn, argued that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg should never have let the case go to trial.
“Bragg should have settled the case against Trump, as would have been the normal procedure. But he made a political decision,” Romney reportedly told his biographer McKay Coppins, a writer at the Atlantic.

No kidding. From the day Trump came down the escalator in 2015, he’s fought him every step of the way and supported the rabid Dems against him.

Romney is a voice from the past. Let’s talk current times. “RINO” is a cutesy term invented by the Red Team of the Uniparty to keep Americans from catching on to their kabuki theater. As in, “Yes, there are some RINOs, but the Republican Party is fighting for you!”
These are serious times with the Republic in deadly jeopardy. They are not RINOs, they are Quislings. Call them that.

Maybe he is tired of being booed everywhere he goes.
Romney still finds people willing to listen to him?
I know he’s lonely, and tired of eating salmon and ketchup, and desperately reaching out for human companionship, but still you’d think people wouldn’t be that interested in what he has to say.
Like all good RINOs he’s showing feign outrage after giving schumer and co another gift. Now they can call Trump a convicted felon in EVERY campaign ad.
Somebody on Mitt’s team told him it was a good idea to object now that the deed is done to avoid any possible negative outcomes just in case they might occur. It doesn’t cost a dime to hedge your bets.
He sees the momentum. He sees the writing on the wall. He sees the 52 million in small dollar donations over 48 hours. There is nothing profound in his statement. And he’s smart enough to grasp that if they get away with doing this to Trump, he could be next.
He’s out buying Depends. If they get away with doing this to Trump, imagine what that can do to him.
Also, the Trump Curse continues. The NY Rangers were eliminated by the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup conference finals.
Now we need the Yankees to start losing.
