Real estate investor Grant Cardone appeared on the fox Business Network this week following the Trump verdict and said that it is going to have far reaching effects on the city’s economy.
He suggested that nobody (including him) wants to do business in New York City anymore because they no longer trust the political and legal system there.
Cardone says that the people who are invested in his company wouldn’t even allow him to do business there.

“That’s one of the greatest cities on planet Earth. And nobody wants to go there and do business,” Cardone continued. “I blame the legal system. Clearly, the political system has been weaponized.”
New York City is already struggling under the weight of crime, reduced revenue due to people leaving, and the border crisis.
Now they are also going to deal with fewer investments from people just like Cardone.
This situation is going to have an impact on NYC that will last a long time and in ways that cannot even be seen yet.
And no, we didn't vote for this.
America’s major cities have been invaded by a plague of locusts...evil monsters who must be eradicated or America ceases to exist.
Americans must stand up and destroy this EVIL or the righteous are themselves pouring gasoline on the funeral pyre of the Republic.
What is happening is not entirely the fault of the wicked. What is happening is the fault of God’s children turned cowards who have chosen to submit to the EVIL.
What is happening cannot just be renounced. These monstrous people must be destroyed and removed completely. The wicked cannot choose our system of justice. God’s children must enforce justice. The wicked have forfeited their right to participate.
America’s major cities are overwhelmed by cancerous tumors. These cancers must be cut out or torched. If not, the prognosis is certain death.
There is a fairly complex negativity going on in NY City...maybe for a decade now. I can’t see why any Fortune-500 company would keep it’s headquarters there. With the collapse of real estate properties...I would imagine most remaining, have a view of exiting.
Tax revenue? They got problems.
The subway system? In decay since the 1960s.
Crime? No prosecution going on, unless you are deemed an enemy of the state/city.
Central Park landscape? Dangerous and not a place to venture after dark.
Covid simply turned the exit light on.

I’d say that in the past tense. With the rats completely taking it over commie style there is nothing great about it anymore.
I suspect the ramifications of the Trump verdict will be severe. The massive showing at the Trump rally a few days ago is an indication the New Yawkers themselves do not want to see the city plunge into darkness. With voter fraud an acceptable practice, I do not see any political changes that will stop NYC’s plunge into Hell.
Trump should take a poison pill and turn one of his properties over to illegals. Of course, TPTB probably already have planned to confiscate his hotels and do that, anyhow.
Blame DiBlasio and thosevwho voted for him for it’s downfall.

I’m waiting for this nickel to drop with most people. Amazing how long it takes. From the beginning Christians acted and did, they didn’t just worry and pray.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese is going to be a hard one. It's the only one I'll put on my bagels. All the other brands I've tried are crap. Maybe I'll drive over to the Cabot farm and see if they have an offering of their own.

Donald Trump reminds one of Ethan Allen. The NY governor had put a bounty on Ethan of 10,000 pounds to anyone who captured him.
Ethan rode to Albany, went in a large tavern, ordered and drank a tankard of beer.
He then turned around, facing the crowd, drew his saber and said, "I understand there is a bounty on my head, does anyone want to try to collect it?" Nobody tried.
New York has been corrupt forever. My grandfather moved to California in the 1960’s. He was pulled over for speeding, so as standard practice when the officer came to his window and asked for his drivers license he tried to hand the officer his wallet. As he still had New York plates on his car, the officer simply said “you’re not in New York, just take your license out and give that to me.”
