Like many others in the punditry space, I am a lawyer by background. I practiced law at a major global law firm. I clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I have published multiple pieces of formal legal scholarship on constitutional issues. I regularly lecture at law schools and present to professional lawyer groups across the country on assorted legal topics. I host two shows, one of which is explicitly legal-based—and with a focus, above all, on the unprecedented lawfare tactics sullying the 2024 presidential race.
In other words, I know a thing or two about the law. And I have been doing my part to sound the alarm on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's sham prosecution and eventual show trial of former President Donald Trump ever since the George Soros-backed lawman first dropped his ludicrous 34-count indictment over a year ago. There are far too many technical deficiencies in Bragg's "case," to say nothing of the grotesque manner in which the presiding judge comported himself at trial, to recapitulate here.
But for present purposes, the key point is this: None of those details matter. None of them.

If so, Mr. MAGA and had better find an AG that won't hesitate to look hard at seditious conspiracy charges for those responsible for these election interference trials. I watch and wait.

Trump wasn't even able to appoint his own AG or CIA director. His choices were limited by those acceptable to the Deep-State, the "gang of eight" and McConnell. So expecting to simply "put a good guy" at the top of some of those totally corrupt organizations is a fantasy.
The positive point is that many average Americans are awake, and ready for major changes.
Change will have to come in unexpected ways, political guerrilla warfare, and unconventional political tactics

The Trump verdict should trigger more SWAT raids against political wrongthink and a few but increasing killings of wrongthinkers at “mistaken” addresses. Just publishing prolife articles may soon be a trigger for SWATs. Gun shops being taken out by showy SWATS is probably coming, too, and other developing ramifications. The use of SWATs is much more about intimidation of the population than criminal misspellings on forms.

The problem is...we don’t have a political party that has any determination to win. Its hard to win a war without an army that is willing to fight. Just saying.
Trump notwithstanding, I just don’t see the GOP changing going forward. The party lacks vision, convictions and courage, attributes that are the product of determination that do not pop up overnight.
Not saying its impossible, just very difficult and unlikely. I suppose if things get bad enough to cause people a lot of social instability, financial pain, and fear for their futures things could start to change. But again, we’re going up against the mighty fortress of an entrenched Deep State that is determined to defend its turf. A very tough challenge ahead.

Yeah well, Russians in 1917 were ready for change, too. But I don’t think they liked the change they got.
