Texas is not (yet) a closed primary state. A large number of ‘Rats have crossed over to vote in Republican primaries.

Cornyn will be safe in ‘26 if this stuff continues. He’ll be 72 and wants the majority position. Texas should be leading the charge on conservatism. Go figure.
