A tech company based in Loudoun County, Virginia, has been fined by the Department of Justice after it advertised that it was seeking “white” candidates for an open job posting.

Why can’t us taxpayers fine the Justice Department? Somebody should have overwatch on those idiots.
Why is Pooty-Poot so intent on killing his Slavs and BiXiden’s 10%-for-the-Big-Guy Slavs living on the other side of the Z-River?
The job applications from the Philippines are nuts.
My mother in law brought over hundreds of nurses from there and I was able to look at the resumes, and it’s kind of nuts.
Each one had a head shot, like an actor, on the resume.
Never saw anything like it.
Pooty-Poot is apparently YUGELY on the side of surrendering Ma Russia to the Islamists.
How can he be so Stoopid?
Meritless Garlands rule.
Whites only: Bill White, Roy White, Betty White, Vanna White, Reggie White, Barry White, Jaleel White, Jack White, Ron White, E. B. White, Dana White, Royce White.
It's crazy when people talk about how "racist" the US is. Clearly, they've never set foot outside the United States.
The racism practiced in non-Western countries is overt and hostile. They don't even try to pretend otherwise.
You are very wrong indians are considered white. Yes a lot are very dark in color, but certainly not black.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Patriots are reminded that the only race-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the federal government powers to voting rights remedies, evidenced by the 15th Amendment.
"15th Amendment:
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Also consider, since constitutionally enumerated sex protections are likewise limited to voting rights remedies, that much of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles are probably unconstitutional imo.
"19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new patriot Congress in November, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, the new Congress also taking unconstitutional federal laws out of the books and deciding the fate of people in prison for breaking such politically correct, vote-winning laws.
From the congressional record, a clarification about the federal government's constitutionally limited peacetime powers by Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker:
"Our Constitution never conferred upon the Congress of the United States the power - sacred as life is, first as it is before all other rights which pertain to man on this side of the grave - to protect it in time of peace by the terrors of the penal code within organized states; and Congress has never attempted to do it. There never was a law upon the United States statute-book to punish the murderer for taking away in time of peace the life of the noblest, and the most unoffending, as well, of your citizens, within the limits of any State of the Union [emphases added]. The protection of the citizen in that respect was left to the respective States, and there the power is to-day.” —Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See bottom half of third column.)
“You guys should read job listings from The Philippines, they state the age range, education, sex, and other traits that their desired employee much have.

100% true, and it still amazes me every time I see it.
Wow, I did not know that.
Should have just asked for people who can swim.
Don't blame this solely on the left.
This "hypocrisy" was embedded in the 1960s Civil Rights legislation which said that "protected classes," due to "historical discrimination," were entitled to special treatment.
This "hypocrisy" was supported at the time by many Republicans and conservatives as a rational way to redress past wrongs.
Conservatives of that era who opposed to such measures -- Goldwater? -- were denounced as "extremists" by more respectable Republicans.
Establishment Republicans publicly embraced Civil Rights legislation promoting affirmative action. I think that included Jacob Javits, Nelson Rockefeller, and even Nixon and Ford.
By the 1980s, I don't recall even Buckley or Reagan or Kemp doing much pushback. Probably afraid to be called racist.
Yes it’s ridiculous what the USA has become

Don’t disagree but how did it get there? Who
brought all this to the country and forefront?
Their goal is to eliminate Whitey, after taking all his money.
